2. Add or Update Contact Info

Under the Contacts section, either:

  • Select and edit an existing one

Ensure their email address is current—this is critical for sending the portal invitation.

3. Enroll Contacts

While editing a contact, check the box at the bottom labeled “Enroll Contact” and save. Alternatively, you can click the 3 dots on a contact card and select “Enroll Contact”, as well.

That’s it!

The customer will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the AMI portal and download the mobile app. The email includes a link to setup their password and get started.
