Implementation Meeting
We know changing systems can be hard, so we’ve made it easy! To ensure your transition is smooth, we take the time to get to know you and your agency first, and learn about what makes your operation unique. You are presented with a road map with all of the critical steps for a successful transition for you and your agency.
Installation and Data Conversion
The first step is getting our software installed on either your local network, or cloud environment. If converting from a prior system, our Conversion Specialist will work directly with you and your current systems provider to migrate your current data set seamlessly. What makes us unique is that we do this process twice to ensure utmost accuracy.
Training and Support
Once the initial conversion is finished, your personal trainer will begin working with you on integrating our software within your office. We understand the anxiety of your first weeks and months on a new system can be overwhelming, which is why our team of support and training professionals are here for you every step of the way!
