Security
Your system will run in its own Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) so that it is logically isolated in its own network where multiple layers of security will protect your data.
Server
Your data will be stored on a dedicated Amazon EC2 virtual server running Windows Server 2019.
Desktop
Your Windows desktops will be configured as Amazon Workspaces that you can access securely from a wide variety of computing devices (computers, tablets, browsers).
Office 365
Each desktop will come with Newton, Microsoft 365 Business Standard (email and office apps), Bitdefender GravityZone Email Security, a 10 GB user volume, and the needed computing capacity to run Newton.
Endpoint Security
Each desktop will come with Bitdefender to deliver comprehensive, ongoing, real-time protection against software threats like viruses, malware, and spyware across email, apps, the cloud, and the web.
Server Backups
Your Newton data will be backed up daily on Amazon S3 each day and kept for seven days across multiple systems so that your data is available when needed and protected against failures, errors, and threats.
Desktop Backups
Desktop user volumes are backed up every 12 hours and can be restored from the last backup.
Convenience
When you are in the cloud, you won’t need a local server, firewall, backups.
Support
Your cloud system will be configured, managed, and monitored by the same Agency Systems support team giving you a single point of contact for support when you need it.
