Sales Manager
Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and coaching the sales team to achieve targets. This role involves implementing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, overseeing client communications, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes and strategies. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is on-site at our Bryan, Texas office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in sales management with strong skills in leadership, team management, and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in sales planning, strategic thinking, and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of insurance agency operations is a plus, alongside familiarity with agency management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide customer support and technical assistance to insurance agencies using our software. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in an insurance agency or previous experience using an agency management system and well-versed in the workings of an insurance agency.
This role is on-site at our Bryan, Texas office.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to customers using our software
- Troubleshoot system issues, workflow questions, and user errors
- Walk clients through product features and best-practice usage
- Document support cases clearly and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and support trends
- Assist with onboarding and training projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience working in an insurance agency OR experience with an agency management system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and think through workflows logically
- Comfortable supporting users with varying levels of technical skill
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines workflows
- Experience with downloads, policy management, or AMS data structures
- Previous SaaS or technical support experience
