Security
Your system runs in its own Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), logically isolated in its own network with multiple layers of security protecting your data.
Server
Your data is stored on a dedicated Amazon EC2 virtual server running Windows Server 2019.
Desktop
Your Windows desktops are configured as Amazon Workspaces, accessible securely from a wide range of devices — computers, tablets, and browsers.
Office 365
Each desktop comes with Newton, Microsoft 365 Business Standard (email and office apps), Bitdefender GravityZone Email Security, a 10 GB user volume, and the computing capacity needed to run Newton.
Endpoint Security
Each desktop runs Bitdefender for comprehensive, real-time protection against viruses, malware, and spyware across email, apps, the cloud, and the web.
Server Backups
Your Newton data is backed up daily to Amazon S3 and kept for seven days across multiple systems, so it’s available when needed and protected against failures, errors, and threats.
Desktop Backups
Desktop user volumes are backed up every 12 hours and can be restored from the most recent backup.
Convenience
In the cloud, you won’t need a local server, firewall, or backups.
Support
Your cloud system is configured, managed, and monitored by the same Agency Systems support team, giving you a single point of contact whenever you need help.
